About the Project
I made this project over the span of two months in my bedroom. Many sleepless nights and plenty of second-guessing and uncertainty, I struggled with the desire to be perfect. I finally recognised this isn’t about making a clean or polished statement. It’s about being real with where I’m at, even when it’s uncomfortable or embarrassing.
I want people to feel that they’re not alone in their anxiety, rage or sadness. It’s okay to feel everything deeply and not have it all figured out. Forgive, forget and face the world.
This project is a creative release of everything I’ve been carrying: anxiety, anger, addiction, hope and most of all heartbreak. These tracks came from moments where I didn’t know what else to do but write. Now this is complete, it's time to forgive, forget and move on with my life.
